Your tips are so amazing, man. Like a collection of decades of experience in one, single place. You need to make a course on all your tips, Torsten! 😄

Thanks a lot Jordan! Maybe one day I'll find the time to compile things into a comprehensive, structured format. It definitely feels like some themes are emerging that span multiple posts.

This is the content I'm on Substack for! Glad you're back!

I'd love to have a meme game as strong as yours 😅

Wow, that's great to hear! And thanks a lot for the call-out re: memes; I mostly do them for myself, but it's great to know someone else is enjoying them too :)

“Build in public” is a great way to put it. Analytics folks are usually struggling with this one. I’m going to steal this one for my next feedback session with the team.

It feels uncomfortable (that's why many people keep their work close to their chest to avoid scrutiny), but it's better to get feedback earlier than have it blow up when people see it for the first time when you "launch"

Love the practical practice examples and illustrations. Crazy how you keep up with the high bar.

Thanks; I was a bit nervous pressing "Send" after a month-long break 😅

Everything in this is on point and perfect -- and especially loved this -- "build a reputation for being easy to work with and helping others".

gr8 write up!
