Loved this, so relatable! I've also set up my AI collaborator with custom instructions, though sometimes it feels less like a thoughtful colleague and more like a relentless personal trainer spotting every weak argument. But hey, the intellectual workout always pays off!
This practical approach aligns perfectly with what I call 'Reflective Prompting', using AI to sharpen clarity and coherence, not replace it. Thanks for keeping it real (and funny)
Personally, I think this is the stuff that students should read when using AI. That way, we avoid the whole “should we ban AI in education?” polarized discussion
I do like projects when I’m building plans but what I dislike is the constant requirement for providing more detailed context. This is where the broader use of specific agents is key and a big missing when trying to use the limited chat UI interfaces.
I loved this Torsten - both educational and funny which I find a great combination! Now to persuade work that I should be allowed to use more than our in-house approved tooling!!! Many thanks for sharing, Rob.

Using the projects immediately improved my interaction with Claude (I analyze stock index data).
